Licence fees

The published fee for a new HMO licence is £975. Fees can depend on the number of occupants or lettings, and they are reviewed each year.

Leeds Rental Standard members get £150 off the second part (£635 + £190 = £825). Licences usually last 5 years. Flat fee for all properties, not per room.
